We do limit our classes to 6-8 students (depending on class), so if interested, start your enrollment process today. A minimum of 4 students is required to hold a class as well, so if not there is not enough interest for a particular class to be , we do offer private lessons as well so you can achieve your goals. We will require a copy of your pet's vaccination records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordatella required), payment, and the Registration Form to guarantee your spot, otherwise it is first come, first serve the night of Orientation. LEVEL 1 OBEDIENCE & MANNERS CLASS (Racine)
Cost: $125 for the 7 week course
(Course includes: Orientation Night(Week 1), 5 working/group class weeks(Weeks 2-6), AND a mini private lesson at The Woof for the final week(Week 7 - scheduled when needed) for personalizing goals and gameplans for the next step.

AUDITING spots still open if you want to get started right away, prior to a lesson or the next class start date. Auditing is $35/1st person and $5/ea additional family member. $20 of this fee is credited towards your future class signup. Auditing means that you come to Orientation (no dogs, just people), watch the methods and get all of the same homework as class students, get the e-mailed assignments and handouts for the first week, and can ask your questions!
Itinerary includes: Attention/Focus, Reliable Recalls, Beginning Loose Leash Walking, Off (no jumping), Quiet (no barking), Sit, Down, Sit-Stay, Down-Stay, Leave It, some fun tricks and other manners taught with fun, science-based & humane methods that do not require correctional collars of harsh aversives, but teaching LIFELONG habits.
Orientation is Week 1 and will run about 90minutes and combined with our Level 2 and specialty class students) to learn the 4-step program we teach with, start the foundation cues, and build the first behaviors needed to succeed.
Each class is limited to 8 students to keep class size small and more personal, so reserve your space today!
Prepayment GUARANTEES your spot AND your dog's name gets entered into the drawing for the Demo Dog the first night... otherwise first come, first serve. A minimum of 4 students is required to hold any class.
Drop-In Obedience Class - ALL LEVELS accepted, however, some exercises may be more advanced if you've never been through our Level 1 course before.
Every Wednesday, starting 11/13/19, from 7:15p-8:15p.
There will be NO class on 11/27, 12/25, or 01/01/20.

Itinerary includes: Proofing of previous obedience by fading food and lures, adding new distractions and fun games to help continue the process of lifelong learning! Topics include: Obedience, Rally, Tricks, Nose Work, Engagement Games, Proper Use of Play and Food, and many others!

Cost: $125 for a 5-week course (Class limit is 4 students!)
This will be a weekly course and includes: Beginning the fundamentals for Life Skills in pet-friendly areas. We are keeping it fun and rewarding as well as working on behavior chains to start training for public access and field trips. This class meets in VARIOUS LOCATIONS, not just at The Woof. (Examples: The Woof, Farm N Fleet, Petrifying Springs, Harbor Freight, pet-friendly restaurants for patio dining (Booster's Buoy, The Nash, Yarda Arm, and more!), downtown by the zoo walkway, Petrifying Springs, Johnson Dog Park, etc). If students are open to travel, we also could be meeting in Milwaukee locations, like: Grant Park, Ferch's Beachside malt shoppe/grill, Bender Park and more.
Level 1 - Spring 2020
Cost: $125 for a 5-week course
This will be a weekly course and includes: Beginning the fundamentals for Tracking and Article Indication, keeping it fun and rewarding as well as working on behavior chains to start training for trial work. Grass and variable surface tracking areas. This class meets in VARIOUS LOCATIONS, not at The Woof.
Super Sniffers Classes! (Similar to Nose Work)

Ever wonder if you could put your dog’s amazing nose to the test?! Want something FUN to do indoors, especially during inclement weather? Come have some fun with us in this 7-week scent work training course that will give your dog some fun things to sniff out! We will help you teach your dog how to differentiate some fantastic smells in some not-so-common areas and earn fun rewards for doing a job well done! So, join us!
Level 2 is more advancing your beginning skills and starting to help your dog learn new scents and stay true to those scents in more and more distractions!

Orientation is Week 1, no dogs/just humans and runs about 90minutes in length,versus the usual 60minutes, so this class is meeting at 6PM with the SNORT Level 1 students - to learn the 4-step program we teach with, start the foundation cues, & learn some of the beginning signs to help you succeed.The class resumes the 7:30pm time the following week.
We limit our Sniffers classes to six students to allow for personalized instruction so prepay and enroll today to reserve your spot!.
"SNORT" CLASS! - (SNiffers-Obedience-Rally-Tricks)

This new 5-week class concept will teach a different class topic each week and let you "try out" each class topic without a long-term committment to any one of them!
Cost: $125 for the 5-week multi-topic course.

Level 1 Orientation is Week 1 and will run about 90minutes to learn the 4-step program we teach with, start the foundation cues, and build the first behaviors needed to succeed for each of the class topics. Prepayment GUARANTEES your spot. Once we have 6 students, the class is full.
For Level 2 students: You are welcome to attend Orientation for refresher...otherwise we will meet at 7:45pm the first night and then 7:30pm the following weeks. :-)

This will be a weekly course and includes: Beginning the fundamentals for Trick Dog titles, having fun in the Rally Obedience ring (and learning the signs!) as well as working on fun obedience cues and behavior chains (meaning multiple cues back to back to help achieve goals!)

This will be a weekly course and includes learning the signs and how to proof the cues so that your dog can become successful at the Beginning Level (Novice) courses all while proofing previous skills and learning new ones!
Orientation is Week 1, no dogs/just humans and runs about 90minutes in length,versus the usual 60minutes and will be held jointly with the Level 1 Class Orientation to learn the 4-step program we teach with, start the foundation cues, & learn some of the beginning signs to help you succeed.
